Hi - I'm Olivia...

Several years ago, I was diagnosed with bowel cancer. It was a moment that changed everything — but not in the way you might expect.

While I embraced traditional medicine, including chemotherapy and radiotherapy, I also chose to walk a wider path. I turned inward. I began to nourish my body with vitamins, supplements, and holistic remedies — and most importantly, I nourished my mind and spirit. I leaned into the healing powers of gratitude, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, and the deep belief that I could not only survive — but thrive.

Along the way, I discovered tools that helped me hold on to hope, strength, and perspective. Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the law of attraction, and vibrational therapies became part of my daily practice. I found inspiration in the teachings of Bob Proctor and Dr. Joe Dispenza — and in the quiet, unwavering voice inside me that said: keep going.

Today, I’m cancer-free — and forever changed.

My mission now is to walk alongside others who are facing their own mountains. Whether you're navigating illness, battling anxiety or stress, or simply feeling a little lost — you don’t have to do it alone. Through 1:1 hypnotherapy and NLP sessions, I offer a space for healing, reflection, and forward movement. Together, we work on nurturing the mind as much as the body — reframing, recalibrating, and reconnecting with your own inner strength.

How I help...

NLP Sessions

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) sessions help you change unhelpful thought patterns, boost confidence, and achieve personal goals by rewiring the way you think, feel, and communicate. Through guided techniques like reframing, visualization, and language work, you’ll gain clarity, break through blocks, and move forward with purpose.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, guided process that helps you access a relaxed, focused state where lasting change can begin. In this state, we work together to shift limiting beliefs, ease stress and anxiety, and reprogram unhelpful patterns—so you can feel more calm, confident, and in control of your life.

Just a Chat

Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to—no pressure, no advice, no agenda. This is a safe, confidential space where you can speak freely and be heard. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, need to vent, or just want a friendly, impartial ear, I’m here to listen without judgment or expectation.

How it works...

Short Questionnaire

In order for me to tailor your session perfectly to your personal needs, I will send you a short questionnaire to get crucial information to map out your journey. This will be a Google Form that you can use from your computer or phone when you're ready

Schedule your session

Next you will need to schedule your session which can be done directly with me through WhatsApp. A Google Video Call Meeting link will be emailed to you for you to attend, where you are welcome to turn on your video or keep it turned off if you prefer. (Hypnosis Session are preferable with video)

Start Transformation

After your session you will walk away a new perspective and experience to process and internalise. This is your first step towards becoming the version you seek to be. You will gain an action plan and roadmap, however I will be there every step of the way via WhatsApp and email.

(This session is 2 hours and is a combination of NLP & Hypnosis) 

I want it in person, not video call

The most important thing is that you, my client, are as comfortable as you can be so that we can get the most out of your sessions. I am happy to do home visits for an additional £10 to cover travel costs. Please let me know how you would like your session to be held when booking.
